“Totally disgusting & pathetic”
The property denied my booking; when I reached out, they surprisingly claimed the booking was invalid, which caused both physical and mental trauma at the last moment, and their refusal to allow me to stay despite a valid reservation was unacceptable.
It is a scam—there is no such hotel, no calls, no customer care to help me, and I ended up wandering around the city for about 1.5 hr with all my heavy luggage looking for accommodation, which was extremely disappointing; this is exactly why I say it is a scam.
