“Don't go there, it's a nightmare!”
Apart from being close to the “local attractions”, there’s absolutely nothing that makes it worthwhile. The place could have been a B&B, but it’s a dump. If I could, I’d ask for a refund. We needed two double beds for two adults and two teenagers, but we found two double mattresses on top of two smaller couches. It was so badly improvised that you couldn’t open the door or the windows properly. The room has two 220V sockets that hang out of the wall by the cables. On top of the closet was a plate with a used pad (yes, a menstrual product), all covered in spider webs. The stove (used for warming the room in winter) was filled with trash, and on top of it were Q‑tips. On the table were two dirty and dusty glasses on a dirty plate. The usual “hotel soap” was taken from some hotel in Italy, the little box in which it came was already opened. Used pieces of soap lay on the sink. Somebody else’s toothbrush was on the bathroom shelf. The draining on the bathroom floor was dirty, with dead insects in it. The draining of the shower was halfway clogged with hair. The towels smelled like they’d been in storage for years. The kitchen downstairs had a sink full of dirty dishes, empty and halfway empty bottles everywhere. The furniture was partially broken. On the balcony wall was a jungle of (electrical?) cables, just hanging there. The chair was filthy. We never saw the host. There was an unfriendly, slightly irritated man who gave incomplete instructions. We spent the rest of the day in the small city, dreading the coming back to the room, and we left the next morning very, very early. We took pictures of everything; we know how hard it is to believe all that I wrote here… You can only post four pictures in a review, what you see here is the kitchen.
