The stay was good; at check‑in the staff were very nice and polite, and the room was clean. In the morning there was no coffee and no staff around; I eventually found the front‑desk lady, who was on her cellphone while I asked if she could get coffee for the people waiting. She was still on her cellphone when I requested to check out, and she said she couldn't do that until later that morning—something I've never experienced before, and it was very rude.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and nice, and the rooms were clean with hot showers and a very comfortable bed. However, the hotel is old with mismatched carpet, lights flickering in the lobby, and the pool area was a mess; you can see how nice the hotel used to be, but sadly it isn't anymore.

There was no hot food, not enough coffee, and I had to go outside to IHOP for breakfast. The building needs a remodel and the breakfast preparation needs to be better.

The location is good, but the toilet was broken and kept running, and the hot faucet was cold while the cold faucet was hot.
