The location was fine. However, there was no hot water, the motel had a dingy vibe, breakfast wasn’t included, a stale pre‑made cookie arrived with the room, and the customer service was lousy.

The spot was spot on, and the gnomes were pretty cool. From the moment we checked in, the staff member was a bit cold, but we still managed to snag an upper‑level room, which was a relief. The bathroom was filthy—tons of hair behind the door, hair by the sink, and the towels were threadbare.
