“Very poor service . I will definitely stay away from this facility”

Nothing. The host pretended to be nice but when I complained about the toilet which was faulty, she now told me to use the shared toilet . I insisted that I paid for en-suite she so has to sort things out.The best she did help is to ask me to cancel my booking if I am not happy and ask for refund and that was around 17.00hrs I felt that was really rude. The entire middle of the mattress was so indented that made very difficult to position myself.It was really a sleepless night. Carpet was so filthy

“Over rated and definitely over priced!!!!”

There was nothing good; they claim parking is available, but it’s just street parking and you’re lucky if you find a spot. The street is filthy, littered with household waste, torn open by cats, dogs, or rats—absolutely disgusting. The floorboards in the building are noisy and can disturb sleep. I stayed in room 3, the bed felt like a camp bed and kept me awake because it was so uncomfortable. The towel provided was a small hand towel, not very useful after a shower. At £50 a night it’s extremely pricey—avoid it!

The staff were friendly and understanding, but otherwise there was not much else to say. The pictures look much better than reality; the location is a horror, right in the deepest ghetto of Stoke. The room, hallway, and shared bathroom were a disaster—extremely dirty and unkempt. The bed was far too soft, felt unstable, and creaked. The highlight was the supposed blood on the headboard. Technically, there was not much offered. Luckily I could leave after one night and, thanks to the nice staff, only had to pay for that one night.

A comfortable place to stay in the area, with a good-sized room that has a clean en‑suite.
