The accommodation was nice, rooms were well decorated, staff were friendly, and the location is perfect as a base for a Bromotour. The shower didn’t work or was cold, but we knew that beforehand. The restaurant service was very friendly, yet orders often went wrong.

Uhhhhhhh uhhhhhhh, even thinking about it—small rooms, medieval beds that were too short, very primitive, staff unqualified (they’re nice but don’t deliver properly), noisy corridors and paper walls, with loud Chinese chatter at night.

The building design and location were quite good, but privacy between rooms was lacking… the noise from other rooms was clearly audible.

The place itself and its location were fine. The shower had little water, especially hot, and the breakfast was really basic.

The staff were pleasant, there’s a café and a restaurant in the hotel so you don’t have to go far, good for a layover if you have transport. The shower head was actually a toilet spray, not very pleasant, and there was a hole in the window that the staff patched with tape instead of moving us.
