The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The only issue was that the lighting outside the rooms could be improved.

I booked and got confirmation, but when I arrived the staff told me there was no room for me.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit small, but they're spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The lack of breakfast options wasn't a problem for me, but I can imagine it might be a drawback for some people.
