They assigned us a different room than the one we booked, lied about the pictures on the booking site, and tried to compensate for the other nights by giving us a better room. They should have used accurate photos of the room near the pool, which was under maintenance. We spoke to the manager, who said he would refund the first night, but we still haven’t heard back.

The location between Cesma and Alacati was great, and the staff were very kind and friendly, always ready for a chat with other guests, making me feel like part of a big family vacation. The pool was a bit dirty, but after I mentioned it they put a vacuum cleaner in the water.

The lunch that was prepared was nice. I usually avoid negative reviews, but this stay was a complete letdown. After an exhausting overnight bus trip, we arrived around 2:00 PM. Although check‑in was at 3:00 PM, we repeatedly explained how exhausted we were and asked for an early room. They offered tea while scanning our passports, which was a nice gesture, but after waiting over an hour and 15 minutes we had to press a manager before finally getting our key. No basic hotel information, amenities guide, or breakfast instructions were provided. The room itself was nothing like the online photos: it was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor; the shower screws were broken, the shower door barely worked, and the toilet seat was broken. Hoping to salvage the stay, we grabbed lunch, rested, and planned to use the swimming pool before our 10:30 AM checkout the next day. Google listed the pool hours as 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, yet staff refused to let us swim, claiming the pool was closed because breakfast was being served until 11:00 AM—even though guests were eating and drinking around the pool area the entire day prior. Despite explaining our imminent checkout, they refused to accommodate us. To top it off, the breakfast was terrible. Charging rates comparable to a solid 4‑ or 5‑star hotel while offering abysmal service and dilapidated rooms is completely unacceptable. Their restrictive 3:00 PM check‑in and early 10:30 AM checkout policy seems designed purely for their own convenience rather than guest satisfaction. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Breakfast and dinner were amazing with a wide range of options, and the atmosphere was beautiful, offering views of olive trees, flowers, and the garden.
