The hacienda is truly gorgeous, the rooms are excellent, and the bungalow’s terrace is beautiful. The pool is great, but there were issues with the bungalow room handles and the key card didn’t always work.

The house is modern and nicely decorated, with an indoor pool and a kitchen. The door locks sometimes slipped during the rain at night, but that was the only hiccup.

We were drawn to the house’s concept and found it very pretty, especially the kitchen and shared spaces like the living rooms and balcony; the kitchen’s many appliances let us cook amazing dishes, which was great. It’s honestly one of the prettiest places we’ve stayed, and the bathroom had shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Unfortunately, the bedroom we were given (777) had a terrible odor that made it impossible to sleep, and my mom had to leave the room in the middle of the night because of it. We also reported that a second key card wasn’t working, yet we managed to enter because the bathroom was unlocked. Both problems were brought to the attention of the manager the next morning. She specifically asked us to be reassigned to another room because of the smell. Someone came to check the room and claimed it didn’t smell bad, then sent me explanations and a video of them opening the room with another card. When we returned that evening, the smell had lessened but was still present. I had to send her videos proving the card wasn’t working. By the end of the day, around 10:30 pm, she finally offered us a new room and acknowledged that the assigned card was defective, explaining that the code had been lost. She gave us a new code, which could have been provided from the start to avoid this long, inconvenient back‑and‑forth that lasted the whole day. We didn’t accept the new room at that time because we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. In short, the customer service was terrible; the manager kept insisting she wanted us to feel comfortable and unstressed, but her actions never matched those words. The problems were reported in several messages yet never resolved, and we had to convince her that they were real, only to receive paragraphs of excuses.

It’s essential to have hot water for washing dishes. The second rooftop room isn’t functional because the water pump makes noise during the night.
