Everything was great—the breakfast, the spa, and the staff—but the Wi‑Fi was very unstable even though we were on the ground floor.

Excellent séjour ! Je suis vraiment ravi d’avoir eu la chance de tomber sur cet établissement. Tout s’est parfaitement bien passé du début à la fin. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et offre beaucoup de choix. L’équipe est vraiment au top : à l’écoute, souriante et toujours prête à rendre service. J’ai également reçu de précieux conseils pour découvrir Baños et profiter au mieux des activités de la région. Une très belle expérience, je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Everything was great—Luis and Nancy were always ready, friendly, and handled every need. The location is perfect, less than a 10‑minute walk to the center, yet the area remains calm enough to relax.
