The room was clean and tidy, which I appreciated. When I grabbed the handle on the bathroom wall, the wall made a squeaky noise that was annoying since everyone else was sleeping, but overall the door and other small sounds were quiet enough to make the stay comfortable. The luggage‑storage service after checkout was also helpful.

Very close to Universal Park, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The staff’s English was very poor, so communicating was difficult.

The location and staff were great. The room had a faint stale‑air odor, but nothing bad or unpleasant, and the carpets might need a cleaning.

Everything was very friendly, clean, comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. I liked everything, but it mainly suits people who are visiting the amusement park.
