The bathroom had old shampoo bottles and obvious grime in the sink; the photos of the furnishings and bathroom with towels were generous, yet there were no towels in the bathroom. There was no trash bin, empty alcohol bottles and full ashtrays on the balcony, no separate balcony, and noisy neighbors could stand right outside the window. A strong wet‑dog smell filled the hallway and lobby.

“Für die Durchreise gut genug”

The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, which was a plus. But the bed felt pretty hard, and I stepped on a small stone that was left on the floor. The pillows were very thin, the shared balcony was a nice touch, and the sheets looked used or unironized. It was just a layover, so I didn’t mind the quirks too much.

Cleanliness was a major issue – toothpaste still stuck in the sink, hair under the duvet, dust and crumbs on the nightstand and desk, and the terrace chairs were covered in pollen. Every room only had a single roll of toilet paper with 5‑15 sheets. The staff fixed it right after I complained and apologized, but I can’t give a better rating.

The view of gentle grassy hills was lovely, and they let pets stay, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the whole place was a mess – rooms weren’t cleaned, linens weren’t changed, and the overall hygiene was lacking. It was a let‑down after the nice scenery.
