Murray was a very friendly and accommodating host, the room was great and comfy, breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal for the town and sea front.

The location was perfect and the room lovely. Murray the owner is lovely and very accommodating. Beautiful B&B, clean, tidy, nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable and the heating worked well, warming the room quickly, which is amazing. Breakfast was included in the price with a huge variety—13 different cereals, pastries, toast, and a full cooked breakfast. Value for money all round. Couldn’t ask for anything more; the best B&B I’ve stayed in around Skegness. The Kildare smelt lovely thanks to beautifully placed reed diffusers, but they hit my senses every time I walked in or out of my room or the building. Three diffusers of what appeared to be different scents were in a small area: one at the door, one halfway up the stairs, and one at the top. Maybe just one in the entrance hall is enough, as they’re good scents that actually smell. It was nice not to have horrible smells like other places I’ve stayed.
