“Very expensive for what you get.”

The bed was the best I’ve ever slept in, and the pool loungers were equally comfortable; the décor was great and the staff were friendly. However, you only receive one bottle of water per visit, which feels like a basic necessity that should be free. Towel changes for the pool or beach only happen every two days, even when they’re covered in sand and sunscreen. The food was flavorful but never hot enough, and the drinks were poor quality. A bed‑and‑breakfast setup would have been better.

The all‑inclusive spot in Kardemena is the best location. We were on our third visit and, unfortunately, it feels like the hotel is slipping after two years of excellence, yet the price stays the same. Minor cleaning issues and some staff interactions were disappointing, though there are still good people on the team. The boutique vibe that once set it apart is fading, with crowded sunbeds, uneven staff attention, and sloppy housekeeping. The sundeck loungers are rarely used, making the pool feel cramped. On arrival, the pool was dirty with a layer of sunscreen and sand, which was off‑putting. Despite these problems, we had a memorable trip, but we’re unsure about returning. The owners should read these comments and act, or we’ll be labeled keyboard warriors. It’s not a cheap stay, so it deserves better. A small effort could revive the place.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment. The food was excellent, especially the sushi restaurant where the sushi was absolutely delicious. Our room was very comfortable, the bed was great, and the view was beautiful. All staff were extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. A special shout‑out to our waiter, Mikes, who was such a great guy and made our experience even more enjoyable with his friendly and positive attitude. This place also has a very special meaning for us personally. I proposed to my girlfriend on the beach right by the hotel, so this beautiful place will always hold a very special place in our hearts. ❤️ The atmosphere was romantic and perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway. Overall, everything was excellent and we had a fantastic stay. We will always remember this place and definitely hope to come back one day!

The staff were very friendly. However, the pool loungers are constantly being reserved, and various entrances stay open 24 hours. Sometimes people come into the pool bar, go swimming, and then re‑enter through the pool bar again. You’re never served at the pool, and at the beach you only get service twice a day, if you’re lucky.
