The reception staff were helpful, yet the door lock didn’t work and they didn’t care when I complained; the room paint was awful, the mattress was bad, and the TV didn’t work properly.

After a tiring trip, we were shocked to learn there was no vacancy despite having a reservation confirmation; the hotel hadn’t booked our room, so we spent hours wandering the city until we found a roadside hotel at a higher price because of an agricultural expo and the conference we were attending – very disappointing!

The location was fine, but the sheets and towels were extremely stained, and the old building was poorly maintained and dirty.

The location was good, parking was okay, rooms were fine but the spring mattresses were very worn, and breakfast was average.
