1 double bed

The location is close to the train station. Unfortunately, the room I booked didn’t match the price I paid. The walls are extremely thin—almost paper—so you can hear people talking in neighboring rooms. Privacy is lacking; you can run into other guests in the shared living area, which can feel uncomfortable. The bathroom is very old and needs a renovation. Breakfast was disappointing and, in my view, hardly a proper breakfast. Overall, the accommodation feels overrated. Given the cost, I expected a much higher standard, but the room and facilities were only average at best.
The room was very tidy, and I appreciated having a private bathroom inside the room for my own privacy. Riccardo’s instructions were clear and he was always helpful. He also offered to arrange shuttle and transportation, which I should have taken upon arrival. There’s a large shopping centre right next to it. The people in another room of the flat called a taxi at 5 am, and they were very loud and unhappy about the situation (though not the host’s fault). The place is well connected by train, but I recommend checking train availability later at night just in case; most of the time the train stops there, but on Friday when I arrived around 9 pm it didn’t, making it a bit tricky to get there as I didn’t want to take a taxi, which would be 5 min from the airport (through Rome centre, about 1 h 40 min; from the airport there are buses 8 and 2, but it was a bit of a journey).
Posizione strategica, consigliamo vivamente
Great location to reach the new fair in Rome, where various competitions are held.
The tub was normal, I only stayed a short time so I can't say much more. I wanted to order a taxi after a big rain, but I couldn't. I had to go somewhere to the reception, but there was none there.
