Breakfast was outstanding so much and professionally served. Property was excellent, staff very friendly and very helpful. Property is in a good central location, good value for money. Not much - was pretty perfect. TV was frustrating to get working It would have been great if there was a pool

Very clean and well maintained. Would be nicer to have a mini fridge in the villa but still there was a big refrigerator to share in the common area

The building is gorgeous, warm, bright, and decorated with meticulous care and elegance. Our room was very beautiful and spacious, as was the bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was truly excellent and very plentiful, offering a choice between an international option or a Sri Lankan option. Highly recommended!

This property is breathtaking in the center of the old town, surrounded by plenty of heritage. The rooms and overall decor are of a very high standard. Breakfast is now served on site, which was exceptional and even included curd, which was lovely. The staff were friendly and extremely welcoming upon arrival.

It was the best stay I had in Sri Lanka. There were almost no insects and the water areas were clean. No particular issues.
