The pool and lounge chairs were great, the room looked tidy and the bathroom was beautiful, but on the morning of departure the pool was locked; a key for the gate was somewhere, but we didn’t know.

I appreciated the meticulous care given to every detail of the stay—from the warm welcome to the attention to the location’s nuances. Being surrounded by nature created a relaxing and pleasant vibe, and the staff’s willingness and flexibility in meeting our requests made the experience even more special.
