The surroundings are wonderful and the receptionist is charming. However, the spa and the hotel itself need updating, the price is too high for what’s offered, and there was no breakfast.

The hotel offers a magnificent view of the mountains, is just a short walk from the train station, and the facilities match the description. The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. The only issue was the vacuum cleaner in the common areas early in the morning and the lack of a kettle and mugs.

Facing Mont Blanc, the welcome was adorable, kindness extended to every floor, activities were available and well maintained, and the service was meticulous. The dining room was very bright and peaceful, the menu was well balanced with local products, and the food was delicious. Thank you, see you soon, David & Zoé.
