The staff made me feel right at home, especially Jugnu at reception and Khem Lata at the Rainbow restaurant, who delivered par excellent service; the property’s cleanliness is why I’ll be back next year.

The manager was exceptionally good in customer service, the place stayed clean, and the food was great—everything was perfect.

The property’s location is a plus because it’s close to the main bus stand of Katra, the Railway Station, and the market; however, the breakfast menu was hardly palatable and limited, with the hotel citing an LPG shortage as the reason for not serving pooris or Dosa—an excuse I didn’t expect from an ITC‑run hotel, especially when all dhabas in the Katra market and at Bhawan offered a full menu; if you’re serving a limited menu, make sure it’s worth eating.
