We were surprised by the generous amount of personal space, the house had every appliance we could ask for, and we truly enjoyed the natural surroundings.

The authentic cabin vibe made the stay charming; spacious rooms, comfy beds, and perfect pillows, plus contactless check‑in. The kitchen was well supplied, though a sauna will be a nice addition for small groups. Still, many unfinished works remain, ongoing renovations, the surroundings are untidy, there are no curtains, no bug nets, only small windows open in the bedrooms, and the most frightening thing was a swarm of flies that seemed to have taken over the place. The hosts are not present, but it’s important to know that staying outside is impossible, at least until the end of July.

We fell head over heels for this quaint house just a half‑hour from Vilnius—close enough for convenience yet perfectly tucked away in nature. The morning chorus of birds, the crisp forest air, and the evening by the crackling fire made the trip feel like a dream; it was the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure, and we left already longing to return.
