Even though the breakfast lacked Halal options, the pastries and cakes were fantastic and my family loved them; the hotel felt majestic and we felt like VIPs, with staff who were very helpful and friendly, and the lake view was great—I wouldn't mind returning. The only downside was that English speakers were scarce, so we had to rely on the app.

The breakfast was very generous, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the room's floor should have a chair so every guest can sit; our three‑person room had only one chair.

The room was roomy and offered a nice view, the place stayed clean, and the staff were helpful, so overall I liked it. Breakfast was decent with a fair selection, though a few western dishes would have been nice. The spot was handy, especially if you’re heading to the conference centre. A few facilities felt a bit old‑fashioned and could use some upkeep.
