The location was great. The room was a disaster— the bed wasn’t suitable for sleeping (two people barely fit). The room was tiny, more like a single. It was dirty 🙁

“Zal dit hotel nooit meer boeken. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding zeer slecht.”

The location. The cleaning staff were very friendly, but the rest of the staff seemed grumpy every day. At least that’s how they came across. Mold in the bathroom seams and the toilet float kept getting stuck.

“Overpriced, warn out rooms and no lift”

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the spa area was tidy too. The mountain view from the window was lovely, the location was quiet, and WiFi worked in the room. The 4 pm check‑in was too late compared to the standard 2 pm hotel check‑in. There was no lift in the building, and the check‑in staff didn’t help with my luggage to the 3rd floor. The shower head in the bathroom was broken and the water pressure was weak. The bedding and pillows were worn out, and there was no socket near the bed.

The location was fine, but the room was tiny, the bathroom door didn’t latch properly, and there was no elevator.
