The location was very convenient for the three days I was working, and the Viking Club was a nice bonus, but the bedding and shower were a bit below par, and having the room cleaned only every three days was unacceptable.

The location and value for money were good, and the gym was decent, but there were no tea‑making facilities in the room, and the breakfast items (which cost extra) felt like what you'd find at a service station; the cleaning—or lack of it—was disappointing both in the room and on the carpeted stairs and hallway, and the biggest issue was having to pay for parking in an open lot with only a small boom gate.

East access offered plenty of parking, but the room needed a general clean and a freshener.

The hotel was nice and close to the mall and clubs, but before booking I wanted to see my room; it wasn’t what I expected until I arrived, yet the management upgraded me at the same price, so I was very happy.
