The hotel sits on a quiet, secluded street yet remains close to the train station sanctuary and shops, so you can walk everywhere. The room is clean—bathroom, toilets, and beds—though we didn’t expect cutting‑edge furnishings. Our host was welcoming and kind, genuinely concerned about our well‑being and meeting our expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone choosing to stay in Lourdes. The only downside is that the stairs to the rooms are not very wide, so be careful—it's not easy for people with reduced mobility.

The staff were attentive and friendly. A blind was broken and couldn’t be opened, and the TV antenna had to be readjusted because it wasn’t picking up any channels.

I liked nothing. Room 2 was not clean at all; the bathroom was very dirty, with dust under the bed. The walls were filthy and not insulated, so you could hear everything.

The room was calm, though you could hear noise outside. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the TV had no network.
