The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. On the first night the TV was broken, but we got a discount because that was the only downstairs room left; the next night we swapped rooms and it was better. Still, the TV never worked, the toilet and faucet leaked, and breakfast had no gluten‑free options.

“A bit of a disappointment!”

1. Affordable for a one night stay 2. Close to the venue we attended. 3. Lobby and breakfast area neat and clean. There is really nothing else I can say positive. We are not picky. We do a lot of car camping so don't have extremely high expectations, but pretty disappointed with this location. Will not book again. 1. Office closed before 8pm and had to go to a side window to check in 2. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it said it was a smoke free room 3. No power outlets by the bed/nightstand to charge your phone. 4. Breakfast choices very limited. Only cereal or waffles offered. No fruit, not yogurt. Only Quaker oatmeal for someone who has to eat GF 4. Water for the shower only lukewarm, yet the sink had hot water

The location was good and the rooms were spotless, and breakfast was solid. The receptionist was unfriendly.

The place is well located and everything is lit up nicely. The breakfast could use a bit more variety and quality.
