Expectations hit the mark 100 %. The staff were super friendly and helpful, almost like family—kind, polite, and caring. The room was spotless, modern, and cozy, and the whole place had a fresh new look after the recent renovation.

I found nothing good about this place—every aspect was a letdown. From the service to the room, everything fell short of what I'd expect.
