The sauna was good, it’s close to the beach, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and water was supplied daily. However, the breakfast disappointed me with too many salty cheeses that I didn’t like. Sound insulation was very poor; I could hear street noise, singers, and the ventilation system every night, which disrupted my sleep throughout the stay. My mother, who stayed on the opposite side of the hotel, had the same noise problems, indicating that poor soundproofing is a widespread issue. The noise made it hard to sleep well, negatively affecting our overall experience.

The hotel is across from the beach, but the rooms were so tiny I couldn’t fit another suitcase, so I had to use one and take clothes out of it. The shower was moldy, the doorstop on the very small balcony would trip me every time! The staff were grumpy, except for one person named Efe who helped us patiently. The front desk girl wouldn’t even look at you and was always on her phone. They have a sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath, but they say it’s not part of the hotel so I couldn’t use the hamam, and the staff were very rude, especially the Turkish girl, not the Asian one. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel; breakfast was OK.

The place was always clean, the location very convenient, and the breakfast great. I booked a jacuzzi room but were given one on the second floor, which made us easily visible when entering and exiting; as Muslims that was very inconvenient. We asked reception to change the room, but they were reluctant to help.
