The pool was great and the staff were friendly, and the location is stunning and very quiet. The room was very dirty and felt like springs in the mattress. Breakfast was bad; one morning we only had toast and the bread was moldy. The food sold at the hotel was overpriced, tasteless, greasy, and the worst we ate in Vietnam.

The breakfast was perfect, the location is secluded, the staff very nice, the pool great, the restaurant good, and you live in a jungle. There was no safe, so if you want to complain you’re out of luck.

The staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast was limited but tasty, and there was a nice single pool. However, the price was steep for the quality; a four‑person room cost 2.4 million yet didn’t feel like a proper resort. The room was damp, had mosquitoes, and the shampoo and body wash had been left out so long they smelled. The grounds were small despite the glossy online ads, the entrance road was tricky and full of potholes.

The rooms are very beautiful and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful.

I absolutely loved the resort, and the staff were incredibly sweet! The food was also good. The only downside was that the rooms didn’t have a nice mirror, which mattered to us on our girls’ trip.
