The vibe was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were super helpful and friendly, always ready to offer heartfelt assistance with everything, making our stay very comfortable. They efficiently arranged transportation from the hotel to the nearby car park and restaurants through the narrow streets, and the tuk‑tuk driver’s skills were amazing. The rooms were modern and thoughtfully designed for comfort.

I slept very comfortably; the concierge was very attentive and responded to every request immediately, the room facilities were excellent, and I’ll definitely return next time.

The service was exceptional, the breakfast was especially delicious, the room was huge—much larger than I expected—and the free laundry service was fantastic; I highly recommend staying here again if you get the chance.
