Staying there was like a dream – the bed was a bit softer than usual, everything was spotless and the three thermal pools were pure pleasure; the only downside was that sitting by the pool in the evening meant hearing two different music tracks from opposite sides, but otherwise it was perfect.

I was really happy with the onsen area, and the glass bridge leading to it was a unique touch. The price was also very reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close to plenty of restaurants. However, the karaoke group that came in at night was a bit too loud, and the breakfast options were a bit limited, with some dishes running out without being replenished.

The hotel's modern architecture and stunning views of the rice fields are a real treat, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable mattresses, but the lack of English-speaking staff made communication a challenge. The restaurant was a disaster, with a limited selection of dishes available, and the environment was dirty and neglected. Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, and the furniture in the room was sparse.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, except for the restaurant area, which was a bit of a letdown. The staff were available, but they didn't offer much help with exploring the area, and the payment system was a bit of a hassle. Only one person spoke English, and the restaurant had limited options. Breakfast was available, but that was about it.
