The breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, everything was perfect!

It is a charming old place that is being restored but still has some issues: the ceiling is falling, the old wood shows signs of age, and there is no AC in the rooms. However, the rooms are extremely clean and the staff are very helpful, so I will return. The lack of AC and the noisy area are drawbacks; breakfast isn’t very impressive but it’s good. Ask for rooms up to the 4th floor—the fifth floor is too hot and noisy, even with sound‑proof windows.

Atención en Recepción muy amable. Me resolvieron una equivocación cometida en la reserva de manera ágil. La habitación era suficiente de espacio, comodidad y limpieza, y con una temperatura muy confortable. el desayuno variado, abundante, el lugar de comedor limpio, amplo, con hermosa vista al mar. Si bien nos explicaron que no siempre disponen de estacionamiento, hubo espacio disponible y es de fácil acceso, de manera que no fue un dilema. Fácil acceso y ubicación central para conocer Puerto Montt. No tengo comentarios negativos o aspectos por mejorar. No fue mi caso, pero podría haber resultado complejo buscar estacionamiento o dejar el auto propio en la calle si no hubiese habido espacio suficiente en el estacionamiento del Hotel
