Breakfast was really good, I was well fueled up and had my coffee before heading out. The room and the property inside were characterful, quirky and interesting, reflecting the host’s wide travels, especially across Asia and Japan. The bathroom was amazing: a large room with a full-length walk-in shower, a chandelier, and a big Buddha in the corner. I didn’t have any major security concerns because the property is in a secluded village or small town out in the country, and the host let me park my motorcycle in his garage, which was excellent. The directions to find the place could have been clearer; it’s on a side shoot a little off the street that its address refers to. Luckily the neighbors were friendly and helped me when I knocked on the wrong door by mistake, showing me the correct spot. It was getting dark when I arrived, so it might be easier to spot in daylight.
