The hotel is situated perfectly – you can see it from the bus when you get off at Kobe Sannomiya and it’s just a short walk away. Directly opposite is Nene Bridge and a waterfront park, and a few minutes to the right leads to the historic onsen street (Yumoto‑zaka) with its eateries, Japanese‑style shops, and souvenir stores. The on‑site hot‑spring includes both gold and silver baths; although the area isn’t huge, it’s very tidy. Breakfast and dinner in traditional Japanese style were abundant, and the staff were kind and polite.

The staff here were absolutely fantastic, with a warm and helpful attitude that made me feel right at home. I also loved the fact that the onsen is located on the top floor, and that it's easy to get to from the airport by bus. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and the room doors are quite low, so be aware if you're tall. The set meals for one-night stays were also a bit limited, with no options to choose from.

This hotel has a fantastic location, right near the bus station and with a great view of the surrounding area. I was also impressed by the onsen and the one-night stay package, which offered great value for money. The only thing that's worth mentioning is that there's not much to say in terms of negatives - everything was just so smooth and hassle-free!

“Great traditional hotel with gold and silver hot springs in Arima Onsen”

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to the train station and two bus stops. The Japanese-style dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, and the hot spring (onsen) was a wonderful bonus. However, the lack of heating in the hallway was a bit of a letdown.

The dinner was absolutely delicious, and the onsen (hot spring) was amazing. The hotel really knows how to treat its guests. The only thing that would've made it perfect is if the room had a bit more space.
