The location was great and we even had a room with canal view, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very saggy and extremely soft, which made the whole room always dark even when the lights were on.

I liked the spot and the room could fit four people comfortably, but there were no kitchen towels, the cutlery didn’t reach four people, and there were no plates. It would have helped if there were soap in the sink and shower.

The breakfast was very generous and varied, the staff were extremely helpful—especially Mimoun, who was very attentive and took initiative on our behalf.
