I recently stayed at a hotel that had a very welcoming staff, but the room itself was quite basic. Although the room was spacious, it lacked many amenities that I've come to expect from a hotel, such as a kettle and room slippers. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell reminiscent of mothballs, which made it uncomfortable to use. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff made a big difference in my overall experience.

I must say that my stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the cleanliness and spaciousness of my deluxe double room. The hotel's amenities, including hot water, a functioning television, and a reliable air conditioner, were all in perfect working order, and I was also impressed by the ample parking space available. Additionally, the hotel's thoughtful provision of praying mats and clothes for Muslim guests was a lovely touch.
