The view was decent and it was close to the city center, but the bathroom door was broken.

I booked a morning stay that was confirmed in the app, yet when I arrived later in the afternoon to check‑in, the receptionist told me they were fully booked. I showed him my booking, but he just said there was no room for me. He didn’t speak English, was very angry, and only showed me a translation on his phone. When I asked if any nearby hotels had available rooms, he got even angrier and wouldn’t even look at me. This was a huge inconvenience, especially during the Tet holiday when I couldn’t find another place to stay that night.
