Mount Lungta Boutique Hotel & Spa

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. It's a great place to stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

“With given services and amenities, it is not a 4 star hotel”

The hotel had its ups and downs, but I'll start with the positives - the rooms were clean and the food was good. However, there were a few issues that really got under my skin. We asked for a room heater multiple times, but they told us they were all out for repairs. We also requested slippers, but they were out of stock. On the other hand, they did provide us with a complimentary dental kit after we asked for it a few times.

The hotel's atmosphere was really nice, but the check-in process was a bit of a drag. It took way too long to get checked in, which was frustrating.

“Good stay at Darjeeling”

The hotel was really clean and the people were welcoming, which was a great start. However, the restaurant service was a disaster - the staff were slow and rude, and the food was just okay. It was a shame, because the hotel had so much potential.

I was really impressed with the hotel at first, but then I encountered some major issues. It was super noisy, even at night, and I could hear guests wandering around their rooms. But what really took the cake was the management - I walked into the restaurant and saw staff being fired in front of other guests. It was completely unprofessional, and it made me question the hotel's management style. Needless to say, I won't be staying here again.
