Location Good. Morning breakfast is Good. But limited only. Receptionist is Good. 1. BED : Its a spring bed. Body paining and uncomfortable. Not able to sleep. Paining even after reaching home. Worst bed. 2. Room service : Zero. If you order food through online you have to go down and pick it up. The room service is POOR. In other hotels they help to bring food. Even COFFEE Tea also they don't provide. 3. The room window is very big and not curtons are not covering full. Outside people can see clearly from outside. 4. Facilities inside the room is not infull. Only one chair is provided. A small table.If 2 person are there how they will sit and eat if you provide only one chair

The staff are very friendly, easy to communicate with, and helpful. Cleanliness is very bad; the bathroom floor is dirty and the mattress is worn out.

The hotel sits close to T Nagar market, yet the room was very cramped and the facilities need an upgrade; the shower required repairs before it worked. There was no kitchen or restaurant, and we were warned about fines for food stains. The staff were unhelpful when we needed a packed breakfast because we had a late flight and checked out at 7 am.

The location is great for shopping, with T. Nagar and Pondy Bazaar just a 2–3 minute walk away, offering plenty of restaurants, shops, and local markets. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and genuinely go the extra mile—like lending their own phone charger when needed. The only drawback is a few steps to reach the ground floor, though the staff gladly help with luggage. The road outside can be congested, with vehicles parked on both sides, and the area can be dusty with shops on the pavement. Overall, a convenient spot if you prioritize shopping and easy access to T. Nagar and Pondy Bazaar.
