From Asakusa Station, you can walk almost entirely under a roof to Terminal 21. The place was clean, the staff were kind, and on the checkout day they let us store our luggage and use a shower before our late flight. A massage shop is next door and there's a convenience store nearby. I’d stay again. On the downside, there’s no kitchen so you can’t cut fruit, but I could have just bought pre‑cut fruit, so it’s fine either way.

The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, the balcony is nice, and the Wi‑Fi works, though it’s not fast enough for the smart TV. The elevator is basically a freight lift and moves extremely slowly; walking up five floors is faster than waiting for it. If they can fit a freight lift for five people, surely a proper elevator would fit too—this choice is baffling. Soundproofing in the common areas is nonexistent; you hear everything in the corridors and in the neighboring room (talking, TV, coughing, flatulence, and other noises). The same issue occurs on the street; the glass doors don’t block any sound. Bring earplugs and a sleep mask because the corridor light seeps through a gap of at least 1 cm in the door frame. One of the receptionists is not very friendly and gives us a bad look every time we pass the lobby, making it feel like the hotel is aimed mainly at Japanese guests.

The room was comfy, the staff were great, and the Wi‑Fi was lightning‑fast. Breakfast tasted amazing and the place is right in a sweet spot ❤️
