I was really disappointed with my stay at Astrotel. The place seemed to be under constant surveillance, with staff monitoring everything from the moment I checked in. It felt like I was in some kind of military boot camp, not a hotel. Needless to say, I won't be booking with them again.

The staff at this hotel were super helpful and kept the place spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, the karaoke bar across the road was still going strong at 5am, and I didn't get much sleep. It was a shame, because the hotel itself was great.

Janice at the front desk was an absolute star, going above and beyond to make our stay special. Unfortunately, the room boy didn't quite live up to the same standards, but Janice's efforts made up for it.
