Fraud company. He take extra money charges and he never do booking , say , never working with booking dot com

They didn’t have my booking when I arrived, offered me a different or more expensive room, or a full refund. I accepted the refund, but a month later I still haven’t received it.

The staff helped me with my luggage, but they didn’t inform me properly; the property manager or staff who picked me up said they weren’t available from February 2025. I arrived at 12:30 am, had no room, and had to pay for another one to stay. I’m tired, frustrated, and hungry. When they explained the situation, I didn’t like it—it was a hassle that stressed me out a lot. I can’t give a good rating for such a really bad experience and I’m still waiting for my refund as soon as possible. This is a terrible experience for someone who only stayed a few hours to sleep and rest.
