The room was good, the view was great, and the place was nice. Nothing negative.

I booked a king suite with a whirlpool but ended up with a queen suite that had double beds because the staff said they were “being nice.” They also claimed they hadn’t even received a booking from this site, which is confusing because I don’t know who did and what I actually paid for.

The hotel was open. The room smelled like cigarettes, had chunks missing from the wall, and the duvet had a large hole.

I didn’t like anything. The first room I was given had roaches all over my bed, so I had to switch to another room and I still couldn’t get comfortable.
