The experience was simply extraordinary! I especially want to thank Yossi Elaluf, the service manager, for his personal, courteous, professional, and devoted attitude. Yossi handled every little detail with a smile, patience, and a genuine desire for guests to feel at home. He is truly an asset to the hotel and reflects its high service standards. Of course, a huge thank‑you to the entire Shalom & Relax staff for the amazing hospitality, friendliness, cleanliness, professionalism, and pleasant atmosphere. Everyone was helpful, pleasant, and welcoming, and we felt in good hands throughout our stay. Few places make you feel that service truly comes from the heart, and here that was undeniable. Yossi and the whole team—thank you for a wonderful experience! We’ll definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone seeking quality accommodation with top‑level service.

“Great hotel in a good location”

The rooms, breakfast, and staff (Amanda) were excellent, and the room service cleaning was the best I’ve had. Nothing negative.

Breakfast was good and the staff were courteous, but the room was very small, the bed was small, the shower area was tiny, and it felt cramped.

The team was extremely courteous and the hotel’s location was perfect, though it’s a shame there’s no parking; the design feels European‑styled, the beds are comfortable albeit small, and the compact room met my needs. I would have liked to extend checkout to 12 pm instead of 11, and the property was spotless and stylish, but we paid a lot for parking that’s nearby and could use a larger double bed.
