A very beautiful establishment, fully comfortable with everything within reach—beach, pool, restaurants. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are extremely attentive and listening, so we recommend it!

The property is well suited for both long and short stays; the beach, the incredible sunset, the activities, the pool, the spa, and the gym were all really nice. The food offers a wide selection of western dishes, but the Thai food was a bit lacking in flavor for me as an Asian person; it could be more authentic.

The staff are great, smiling and trying hard to make you satisfied. The account is very fair and the pampering is generous. Some activities didn’t happen because they’re off‑season, like the kayaking, which is understandable, but it was annoying that the staff weren’t consistent or aware of this and, for example, sent us a form to rent a kayak at the kids’ club where they told us there was no rental that season. The door was not latched until the end, then the alarm went off and it made a lot of noise in the hallway.

The service, cleaning, and food are rare. The facilities are excellent and the staff answered every request. The location is a bit remote, and at night you have to take a taxi.

The staff make this hotel go from amazing to unbeatable. The hotel itself is excellent, the facilities are very good, the location is great with a nice quiet vibe but walkable to Khao Lak if needed. But the highlight was absolutely the staff; nothing was too much trouble, they were all amazing with our kids, the whole place is so well set up and thought through for them, we already can’t wait to come back! The slide was closed for our visit, which was a shame; we were informed in advance but it was after we had booked. We understand that maintenance needs to happen and just means we will need to return to use it in future.
