The location is perfect, the room is spacious, lobby staff are super helpful and friendly, the spa is good, the linen is decent, the lounge by the fireplace is nice, and breakfast is divine. Unfortunately we arrived on a very cold day so the room was chilly; there’s a wall heater but it’s not very effective, the bed is a bit too hard, and WiFi is very poor. Still, we enjoyed the space, the location, and the beautiful town.

The spot is spot‑on, right next to the whale‑watching area and surrounded by restaurants. Everything else was just fine.

The decor, the general feel and the attention to detail (tote bag, makeup towel etc) . Gardens outside were exceptional
