I found the place to be very old and it didn’t match the photos at all.

“Terrible. Should be taken off the platform. No room has a seaview.”

I booked a sea‑view room, but the staff only offered me two rooms with a barely noticeable side view of the sea. The corridors smelled like urine, so I refused the rooms and asked to cancel. The front desk told me to cancel, but they couldn’t process it, so I did it myself. The hotel then refused to honor the cancellation and demanded full payment. Moreover, looking at the building’s layout, it’s clear that no room can actually see the sea because all windows are angled 90 degrees away from it. The hotel should be removed from the platform.

“Basic but comfy, great mini beach and outdoor space”

The rooms were basic but comfortable, with a great shower, though a bit small and lacking extras. Breakfast was pretty good. The best part was the mini‑beach right outside, which we enjoyed swimming in, plus the relaxed outdoor area and egg chairs were a nice bonus. I was disappointed that the pool was closed and we had to share with the hotel next door, but we didn’t end up using it. The shuttle service was great, but the calls didn’t work for us from the UK, so a different way to contact the shuttle—like a WhatsApp number or an airport contact—would help other international guests. The room looked bigger in the pictures, which were misleading; the photos also showed a bath and more kitchen facilities that we didn’t have. We might have booked the wrong room, but a larger one would have been nice for our honeymoon.

“never again.”

The room was old, dirty, and tiny, with very limited lighting and no hot water for coffee or tea. The carpet was disgusting, and the mattress was ruined, though there were no bedbugs. The front‑desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but there isn’t much they can do with the facilities. I understand the price is high in that area, but I wish I had chosen something else. The overall rating dropped by 10% after I booked here, and I wouldn’t book a hotel that scores below 7.

The location is great for the Road to Hana, the airport, and various beaches. The pool table and other games offered by the hotel are nice. For the price we expected a bit more; the excitement from the pictures was high, but the hotel turned out to be average and very noisy near the hallway.
