The staff isn’t very attentive—it’s like pulling teeth to get accurate information. Even via WhatsApp, there’s never anyone at reception or the restaurant; the staff are always socializing.

We didn’t have breakfast there. The road to the facility was extremely narrow and unpaved, and you can’t park your own car; an employee takes it to a parking lot 3–4 minutes away, as the receptionist says. The place is cashless, which I dislike. The food is WAY OVERPRICED and bland; I’m willing to pay for good food, but this wasn’t it. The room view (Tiny House) has shrubs that need trimming for a better view. You can’t bring food into the room because it attracts critters, which is totally understandable.

Everything! We loved this place. My friend and I arrived early for the hike tour, saw beautiful waterfalls, stayed in the deluxe, and it was an amazing escape from everything—especially the bed, omg! So comfortable! I don’t really have any dislikes; I loved it so much.

The spot was well‑located and quiet, but for the price we paid many things fell short: the floor was cracked and full of gaps, my wife stepped on it several times, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and all the soap dispensers were broken, the dome was steaming up when we arrived because the air‑conditioning hadn’t been switched on, so we couldn’t use it for the first hour and the complimentary water was also steaming in its plastic bottle. Then a power outage lasting over three hours hit in the morning, the dome heated up again and remained unusable. We couldn’t select a breakfast option. They had a generator but it clearly wasn’t enough for the rooms, and the only apology came via a WhatsApp message.
