The experience was terrible and the service was abysmal.

The view was the only good thing, but it didn’t justify the money I spent; there was no hygiene in the room, the bathroom was broken, the property feels old, and I wouldn’t recommend it at any price.

The hotel is nice with a superb hill view and a good restaurant; the distance from Munnar is the only drawback, yet the calm location lets you enjoy peace, we had a comfortable stay, Faisal and the whole staff were very friendly, the rooms were neat and clean, and the rent is worth the money.
