If I don’t cancel and get a refund, I’ll file complaints with every government agency about this fake shop’s false advertising, fraud, and damage to Hong Kong’s tourism image.

The location is decent, the front‑desk lady is friendly and helpful, but the entrance is confusing; you end up on the 5th floor of an old building and the elevator isn’t exactly clean. The room has no windows and feels more like a place to sleep than to enjoy a stay.

The spot was fantastic—just a short walk to the subway, Victoria Harbor, and a bunch of eateries. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The downside was ongoing construction in the building, a poorly lit bathroom, and a polished‑stone floor that was slick when wet.
